The Kwantlen Faculty Association is your union. We proudly represent Instructors, Counsellors and Librarians on all four Kwantlen campuses.

The Kwantlen Faculty Association is the sole bargaining unit for approximately 750 members.

The KFA:

  • Bargains your collective agreement

  • Responds to your inquiries about the terms of your employment

  • Files grievances if your rights have been violated

  • Keep you informed about working conditions and changes in legislation and government policy.
